Services & Fees


What You Should Bring


  • Current identification that has a photograph, physical description and a signature. Examples:driver's license, military ID or passport.


  • A document that is complete.


  • Funds to cover the fees (see below)


    Documents We Can Notarize


    A document to be notarized must contain:text committing the signer in some way. An original signature (not a photocopy) of the document signer, and a notorial 'certificate' which may appear on the document itself or on an attachment.


    We will then fill in the certificate, sign it, and apply the notorial seal to complete the notarization.


    As a California Notary Public we may not practice
    outside the state, but we can notarize any document from any state or any country, within the state.


    Fee Schedule & Services List


    The State of California specifies that the fees for the following services not exceed the maximum shown:


  • Acknowledgments: $10.00 for each signature taken
  • Jurats: $10.00

  • Oaths & Affirmations: $10.00

  • Notary-Certified Copies: $10.00 (Power of Attorney only)

  • Copy of journal entry for public: 30 cents per page + $10.00 if certified copy.
  • Deposition: $20 + $5 for oath + $5 for certificate.
  • Immigration Forms: No more than $10 per set

  • Protest: $10 +$5 for notice of nonpayment + $5 for recording.



    No fee allowed for election documents, such as notarized signature on absentee ballot identification envelope or other voting materials.


    Travel fees allowed if signer agrees and if Notary explains that the travel fee is separate from notarial fee.
